Earning a steady income is the dream of every entrepreneur; therefore he should work towards it. Steady income entail income inflow as at when due.

As said earlier in the course of my write up on real estate investment, I did say that you can start Real Estate Investment with zero naira. How? You may ask; yes you can start a Real Estate Investment with zero naira being an agent, i.e. a real estate agent.

Real Estate agent can be classified into many folds; Real Estate agent can be that person(s) duely registered to connect buyers and sellers of property for a commission; this commission is paid only when there is a change of ownership (sale).

On the other hand you can be a Real Estate agent dully registered to sell properties on behalf of the sellers or buy properties on behalf of the buyer for a commission. And this commission is paid when there is change of ownership (sale)

Agent can also, connect property for lease, mortgage etc commission paid to an agent, obtainable in my part of the world is 5% each on the amount paid for the property from both the seller and buyer i.e. 10% of total sum paid for the property. while on lease, it is 10% each from the landlord and the tenant i.e. 20% of the total sum, there might be a situation where an agent was able to bring just the buyer or the seller, therefore he will be entitle to the percentage of that which he brings to the deal.

Having this in mind, while wanting to be an agent, you need to project, and base on your financial needs to know how to generate income and/or how to spend your financial needs. What this means is that you need to know how to embark on an aggressive campaigns to source for buyers and sellers of properties.

For instance, if in a month you where able to pull a deal, let say you where able to connect to or sell a property worth N10,000,000 (Ten million Naira ) only and per chance you where the only connector which mean 10% on sale (N10,000,000) you are entitle to N1,000,000 ordinarily if you are not going for other investment you need to know how to spend N1,000,000 to be able to meet your financial needs. But I will advice that you invest this money to be able to reap and maintain your income inflow.

Investing this money is a guaranteed way to earn your steady income and also this is a sure way of starting Real Estate Investment with Zero Naira. And if you are and you must be a prudent investor, you are on your way to your millions.

Your guess is as good as mine if an agent continued to receive or make a sale or connect a deal of N10,000,000 at least once in a month, this makes him a steady income earner of N1,000,000 monthly plus his investment and believe me, the more you are into the business the more you have more client.

But I will always advice, reputation matters in Real Estate investment, be the God fearing type and the moment your customers or client believe and have trust in you, they will always look for you on more deals.
